Order processing times:


Please allow 1-3 working days to process and ship your order after it has been placed. An order is considered shipped when it has been handed over to our shipping partner and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak periods and public holidays, our processing times may be up to 7 working days.


Estimated Shipping Times:


The estimated delivery time of your package depends on several factors, with your location being the most important. Please see the estimated delivery times according to your country of residence:

Netherlands & Belgium: 8 - 15 working days
Sweden: 8 to 15 working days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping partners may experience delays in transit time and tracking dates beyond our control. If a product is shipped globally, unexpected customs delays may occur. This may increase the overall delivery time compared to what is indicated above.


Changes to Orders and Correct Shipping Information:


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or cancellation of the order. For address issues detected by the system, our customer service team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 working days of placing your order. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@glosara.com We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we can make changes after this time.


Delayed delivery


At Glosara, we understand that receiving your order on time is important to you, and we aim to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, please note that in some cases delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or problems during transport, such as severe weather conditions or transport disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.

In addition, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may delay the processing or shipment of your order, such as product availability issues, address verification problems or payment processing delays. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues with your order that may cause a delay.

Please note that Glosara is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed of the status of your order and provide any assistance we can to resolve any issues.


Lost or Stolen Parcels


We understand that it can be frustrating to experience lost or stolen packages during the shipping process. However, once we have handed over the parcel to our courier partners, it is beyond our control. In case your parcel is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@glosara.com
