We believe in the effectiveness of our products and recommend you use them for at least 14 days before you consider returning them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 90-day non-satisfied-money-back guarantee, please contact us at support@glosara.com

Cancellation policy

Cancellation policyNote: changes to or cancellations of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to process your request because the order is already being processed. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

We are confident that our products work and we encourage you to try them for at least 14 days first, so you can experience the full benefits of Glosara. If you are still not satisfied and want to return the items, you can do so after 14 days, within the 90-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded. For cosmetics and clothing, if the products have been used, refunds are not possible.

Return process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling in our return form or by emailing us directly at support@glosara.com.

Step 1 – Notify Us

Complete our return form and send it by email to support@glosara.com. Please also include a printed copy of the form inside your return parcel.

Step 2 – Notify Your Payment Provider

  • Klarna: Open the Klarna app or website, go to Payments, select your order and choose Report a return. This will pause your invoice or installment plan until your return is processed.

  • PayPal / Credit & Debit Cards: Always keep your proof of shipment and tracking number. These may be required in case of a dispute with your payment provider.

Step 3 – Ship Your Parcel

Send the return (including the completed form) to our warehouse address:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return has been fully processed.

Step 4 – Confirmation & Refund

  • Once we have received and inspected the returned items, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We will refund the purchase price excluding original shipping costs within 7 business days after acceptance of your return, using the same payment method as your original order.

  • Klarna customers: Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in the Klarna app after the return is confirmed. Klarna will update you by email/app.

Disclaimer

Our money-back guarantee only applies when a product has been damaged during delivery or delivered incomplete.

For hygiene reasons, tight garments, underwear and opened cosmetics, creams or oils cannot be returned.

The results of our products may vary from person to person. We make no guarantees that you will achieve exactly the same results as shown or described on our website, as this depends on personal factors.

Only use our products as indicated on the packaging.


Damaged Articles

Damaged ItemsWe pack our products carefully to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@glosara.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We neither refund, replace nor accept returns of items damaged by normal use, wear or abuse.


Shipping and delivery


While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs or other factors and problems that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.


Incorrect shipping address

It is the customer's duty to ensure that the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If this is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a new shipment or a refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest version of the Return and Refund Policy before purchasing and using our products.
