Cancellation policyNote: changes to or cancellations of an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to process your request because the order is already being processed. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

If you are still not satisfied and want to return the items, you can do so after 14 days, within the 90-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping costs (if applicable) will not be refunded. For cosmetics and clothing, if the products have been used, refunds are not possible.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling in the form on our Contact page or by emailing us directly at support@glosara.com. To speed up your return, please include your order number or the name and email address used to place the order.

Our money-back guarantee only applies when a product has been damaged during delivery or delivered incomplete.
For hygiene reasons, tight garments, underwear and opened cosmetics, creams or oils cannot be returned.
The results of our products may vary from person to person. We make no guarantees that you will achieve exactly the same results as shown or described on our website, as this depends on personal factors.

Damaged Articles
Damaged ItemsWe pack our products carefully to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging, such as dented boxes, etc., with a product in good condition is not considered damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@glosara.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We neither refund, replace nor accept returns of items damaged by normal use, wear or abuse.
Shipping and delivery
While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs or other factors and problems that may occur during shipping. If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
Incorrect shipping address
It is the customer's duty to ensure that the correct shipping address is used at checkout. If this is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a new shipment or a refund.
